In this bread pakora recipe

  • You can try multiple variations in this bread snack pakora, like make it simple without stuffing, put zucchini or experiment with cucumber, or try yummy aloo filing or cheese. Make it as you want and relish this Indian street food snack.

  • When you dip the bread in the batter, do the process of dipping and sliding it into the medium hot oil quickly else the bread may break.
  • I have used wholemeal bread in this Indian fried snack recipe, You have the option of taking white bread or multigrain bread also.
  • Apart from regular Indian spices, you may add some ginger-garlic or some mixed herbs seasoning to the batter. Batter consistency has to be medium in order to get crispy pakora.
