Tips and variations for Palak ka Paratha
- The addition of the curd makes the paratha softer from the inside, however, its use is optional. you can skip using curd and instead can use more water to knead the dough
- You can use oil or ghee to roast the paratha on tawa or griddle, the quantity of oil or ghee used also differ as per the individual preference.
- I have used 1 onion with spinach because an onion combination with spinach makes the paratha even tastier. You can use more of the spinach if you are not having onion.
- I have used 1 deseeded green chili and 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder for the spiciness. However, using only green chilies or red chili powder or a combination of both is your choice.

- Firstly, take 1 cup palak, wash it thoroughly after plucking the stems.

7. Add 1 tbsp curd to the mixture now. To start with, use only 1/2 tbsp curd, knead and if required use more curd and water.
8. Knead into the dough using curd and use the water as per the requirement. I have used 1 tbsp water for making the dough. Let the dough rest for 5-10minutes.
9. Further add 1.5 tsp oil to the dough and knead well to make it smooth.
