Paneer Pulao Recipe-Ingredients
- Rice-I have used Basmati rice because basmati rice is long grain and aromatic and long grains Rice have aesthetic value in Paneer Rice dish. To make a healthier version, you can use brown rice also. Rice is very filling and a good source of carbohydrates.
- Paneer- Most Indians love paneer. A protein-rich ingredient that is widely used in many famous Indian dishes I have mixed sauteed paneer to the cooked rice because if we cook the Paneer with rice then it can turn rubbery. Sauteeing Paneer lightly with the spices gives it a good color and flavors.
- You can add any vegetable of your choice like carrots, beans, cauliflower but I have kept it simple by adding green capsicum only as I like the Paneer to dominate the dish.
- Onions, Ginger-garlic, Tomatoes add nutrition as well as flavors and aroma to the Paneer Rice dish.
