Take 7 red tomatoes. Make an "x" cut at the bottom of the tomatoes
Boil 5 cups of water in another heavy bottom pan, add tomatoes to it. Boil till their skin starts separating. I boiled them for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas
Remove the skin of the tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes roughly.
Blend these tomatoes to make a puree out of them.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan. Saute finely chopped garlic for a few seconds.
Add prepared tomato puree to it.
Additionally, add 2 tsp mixed herbs.1.5 tsp salt and 1 tsp red chili flakes or 1.5 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder. I prefer adding Kashmiri red chili powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now mix 3 tbsp tomato ketchup to it.
Stir and cook for another 30-40 seconds.
Add chopped basil leaves, cheese spread amd grated parmesan cheese to it.Stir and turn off the gas
