Take 1 chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, and 1 tbsp green, yellow and red bell pepper chopped into small pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add all the chopped vegetables and 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder to the hot oil and saute the veggies for 1 minute.
Additionally, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder to the vegetables and gently mix it.
Once veggies are coated with the spices, add 1 chopped tomato to the vegetables.
Open maggi tastemaker that comes with the maggi packet and add to the tomatoes.
Stir the mixture and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until tomatoes get mushy.
Further, add boiled maggi noodles to the prepared masala vegetables.
Mix maggi noodles gently with masala-coated veggies and cook for 1-2 minutes so that all the flavors are absorbed by maggi.
Toss maggi with the vegetables and masala again and switch off the gas. Garnsih with chopped corinader leaves.
